  1. Pesamos y medimos nuestros ingredientes.
  2. Lo primero que haremos será cernir la harina sobre la superficie donde haremos nuestra masa, después agregaremos el azúcar, la sal, la leche en polvo y una pizca de sal.
  3. Haremos un volcán y en medio de el pondremos nuestra veladura, después le agregaremos agua tibia de poco en poco hasta que nuestra levadura este completamente hidratada.
  4. Cuando ya esté hidratada nuestra levadura, comenzaremos a incorporar todos nuestros ingredientes amasando suavemente. Agregaremos la mantequilla junto con la margarina y continuaremos amasando.
  5. Amasaremos hasta obtener una masa elástica y suave, (si la masa está muy dura le agregaremos leche de poco en poco, la cantidad de leche varía con el tipo de harina que se utilice, ya que cada harina absorbe la leche de distintas formas).
  6. Después, untaremos un poco de aceite sobre la masa (para que nuestra masa no se pegue) y la colocaremos en un bowl para fermentar, el cual cubriremos con plástico film. (esta fermentará hasta que doble su tamaño)
  7. Después la juntaremos y cortaremos en porciones de 48 g aproximadamente.
  8. Para rellenar nosotros usaremos un poco de queso manchego y jamón.
  9. En una charola colocaremos el papel estrella (con las estrellas hacia abajo), encima pondremos nuestros bollos, cubriéndolo con plástico film y les dejaremos fermentar nuevamente, hasta que doblen su tamaño.
  10. Después los meteremos al horno precalentado a 180°C, se honearán entre 30 y 45 minutos aproximadamente ya que esto dependerá de la masa.
  11. Cuando estén listos los sacaremos del horno para después comerlos.
