  2. Cascamos 4 huevos, separando las claras y las yemas; las claras las batimos a punto de turrón con una pizca de sal para evitar que se bajen. Las yemas las vamos añadiendo de una en una a la salsa.

    Cuando estén listas las claras, las vamos incorporando poco a poco a la salsa con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen.

    Al molde le ponemos aceite en spray y un poquito de harina y vaciamos en él nuestra preparación y lo horneamos a 200º unos 20 o 30 minutos.
