- Podemos agregar colorante rojo a la mezcla y reservamos.

- Hacemos un merengue Francés con las claras y azúcar.

- Unimos todos nuestros ingredientes secos y pasamos por un colador.

- En nuestra mezcla de mantequilla agregamos poco a poco el merengue intercalando con los secos y el colorante.

- Una vez que todo quede bien integrado lo pasamos a nuestro molde previamente con harina y mantequilla.


- Llevamos a hornear por 30 o 40 min a 180°

- Mientras nuestro pastel se hornea, realizamos en relleno, empezamos suavizando el queso crema con azúcar y posterior agregamos la crema lyncot. Reservamos.

- Desmoldamos el bizcocho dejando enfriar un poco, retiramos la tapa y base al igual que los excesos que estén muy dorados.


- Dividimos el bizcocho en 3 discos. Para armar el bizcocho elegimos el disco que será la base y colocamos nuestro frostine y montamos encima el siguiente.

- Con el mismo frostine lo cubrimos dejándolo liso, decoramos con ayuda de las migajas y está listo.
