- Retirarlos del horno y dejarlos enfriar antes de desmoldarlos para evitar que se demoren


- Para la decoración usar un glaseado de chabacano y gregeas, poner a calentar en el microondas o en una cacerola pequeña y barnizar los panques con ayuda de la brocha y cubrir con las grageas y colocar en los capacillos
