- Ya que tengamos la masa suave y uniforme lo pondremos a reposar en un bol engrasado y arriba de la masa le ponemos un poquito de aceite para que no se seque



- Mientras reposa nuestra masa, empezaremos con la capa de dulce(el glas) empezaremos haciendo un volcancito de harina, azúcar glass y grasa vegetal


- Los incorporaremos hasta tener una masa suave y que no se pegue en la mano, si tu mano es demasiado caliente y no te deja manipularlo ponte un poco de harina en la mano


- Lo cortamos a la mitad, a la mitad agregamos cocoa y lo incorporaremos bien



- Después de tener ya todo listo, sacamos nuestra masa y la ponchamos y sacamos bolitas de 50 gr y las boleamos



- Ya que hemos boleado, tomaremos bolitas más pequeñas, para así darle forma de tortuguitas, y las montaremos sobre una charola engrasada o bien puedes usar papel estrella



- Ya hechas las tortuguitas, tomaremos la corteza dulce la estiraremos y con un cortador o en mi caso un vaso, lo cortaremos en círculo y pintamos con gel



- Ya teniendo pintada la corteza dulce, las pondremos sobre el parazon de nuestras tortuguitas y dejaremos reposar por otros 15 min para así llevarlas al horno a 180 ° c por 15 min


- Ya que se hayan horneado las dejaremos enfriar y listo ya podrás tomar un café con una tortuconcha
