- Una vez que nuestra masa doblo su tamaño, ponchala y saca el aire, y haz bolitas, yo las hice de 60 gr cada una.


- Ahora haz una tipo tortilla y une los extremos en el centro. Que lo que acabas de unir quede por la parte de abajo y bolea.



- Cuando hayas boleado todas tu masa cubre las bolitas de manteca vegetal.

- Haz una tipo tortilla con tu pasta y colĂłcala sobre tus bolitas haciendo un poco de presiĂłn sobre la misma.


- Haz cortes sobre tu pasta con ayuda de un cuchillo. Y deja fermentar.

- Una vez que hayan doblado su tamaño llĂ©valas al horno de 180°C a 200°C por 30 minutos aproximadamente.


- Pasados los 30 minutos, saca del horno y déjalas enfriar, en unos minutos estarån listas para disfrutar con un rico café.
