Mezclar y refrigerar 5 minutos.
  7. Ya fermentada nuestra masa poncharemos y bolearemos porciones de 80 gramos.
  8. Las cubriremos con manteca vegetal.
  9. Pesar bolitas de 20 a 30 gramos para nuestra costra y extenderemos en forma de tortilla.
  10. Cubrir las bolitas con la costra y hacer precio con nuestras manos y dejar fermentar durante 40 minutos.
  11. Hornear a 180°C durante 30 minutos.
