  3. En un sartén a temperatura media, se se pone a calentar el aceite de modo que pueda cubrir la base del molde.
  4. Se pone el molde de buñuelo a calentar en el aceite durante 5-7 minutos, para que la mezcla se impregne en el molde.
  5. En un plato extendido mezclar azúcar con canela. De modo que al escurrir el buñuelo, con lo caliente se le pegue el azúcar. (Frío no funciona mucho)
  6. Ya pasado el tiempo del molde en el sartén caliente, metemos el molde a la mezcla (depende de que tan ancho lo queramos), yo lo metí 3/4 de la base. Después lo escurrimos y lo pasamos al sartén.
  7. Nuestro molde al ponerlo con el aceite sacará burbujas, de modo que tenemos que sacudirlo dentro del aceite para que caiga por si solo el buñuelo. (En caso de que se pegue debemos de bajar la flama ya que está muy caliente el aceite).
  8. Dejamos el buñuelo por un minuto debajo del aceite, lo sacamos y lo escurrimos...
  9. Ya que esté escurrido el buñuelo, lo pasamos al azúcar con canela, y solo en la base le ponemos azúcar.. debemos de tener cuidado ya que son muy delicados y se pueden romper.
  10. Vamos repitiendo los pasos con los demás. Y listo!
