- Enrollamos formando un taco agregando huevo batido en cada doblez y cortamos con un hilo rodajas de 2.5 cm de alto. Las acomodamos en la charola y dejamos leudar por 40 minutos

- Una vez esponjados, agregamos mantequilla por encima y horneamos a 200°C por 20 minutos o hasta que estén ligeramente dorados.

- Una vez horneados, dejamos enfriar un poco y le ponemos el glaseado si así lo deseamos y listo. El glaseado se hace con una mezcla de azúcar glass y un poco de agua. Te recomiendo que al azúcar le pongas el agua por gota para evitar que llegue a ser muy líquido.
