  5. Después de que nos quede cubierta la margarina volteamos donde los dobleces se van a la mesa en la parte lisa hacia arriba y empezamos a palotear de una manera rectangular
  6. Una vez estirada doblaremos como un tríptico dejando la parte más fea adentro la parte más bonita afuera el doblez bien no siempre a la derecha y seguiremos fronteando y cada doblez se cuenta como uno hasta completar 6 dobleces y posterior se reserva
