  4. En un sartén con aceite de oliva, agregamos la cebolla y el ajo (previamente picados) cocinamos durante unos minutos hasta que la cebolla cristalice. Agregar el tomate picado (tomate concasse) y después de unos minutos agregar el puré de tomate.
  5. Dejar hervir a fuego a fuego bajo. Agregar la sal, pimienta y orégano al gusto. Dejar que hierva y por último agrega las hojas de albahaca. Deja enfriar.
  6. Ponchar la masa. Estirar con ayuda de un rodillo en una superficie con harina, ya estirada del grosor que desees colócala en una charola.
  7. Coloca la salsa, la cantidad de queso que deseas y los ingredientes que gustes. Hornea a 200º de 25-35 minutos.
