Una vez ya integrado todos nuestros ingredientes vaciamos en una charola, horneamos por 30 min. a 180°, ya horneado en un trapo húmedo lo vamos a colocar para agregar nuestro relleno o crema de limón que anterior habíamos preparado agregamos frutos secos con almendra y nuez, empezamos a enrollar con ayuda de nuestro trapo húmedo y listo empezamos a decorar al gusto.
