  1. Cortamos el atún en cuadros súper pequeños... (TIP: si el atún está congelado pónganlo en un plato con agua fría sin sacarlo del empaque por 10 min. Luego así congelado lo parten en cuadritos que después del agua ya será más fácil y esos cuadros los ponen en otro plato con agua fría hasta que terminen de picar la verdura y listo, súper listo el atún para comer)
  2. Cortamos las verduras y el mango en cuadros súper pequeños.
  3. En el recipiente donde se hará el atún al final agregan: Maggi y salsa inglesa como 4 cucharadas de cada una, pero esto recomiendo que sea al gusto.
  4. A la mezcla de salsas se le pone sal, pimienta y agregamos los chiles picados. Únicamente los chiles. Esto para que la salsa agarre el saborcito (checas si el atún ya está totalmente descongelado y lo pones en esta mezcla sabrosa)
  5. Dejas reposar unos 10 min y agregar el jugo de la naranja, el jugo de los limones que tú quieras porque depende de qué tanto te gusta el sabor a limón, luego agregas las verduras y revuelves.
  6. Yo corto el aguacate al final en cuadritos y lo agrego al ceviche. Pero adicional hago guacamole para la tostada.
  7. Listo! Te recomiendo comerlo con aderezo de chipotle !
