Colocaremos en un plato la mantequilla y el chocolate y lo meteremos al microondas por rondas de 10 segundos hasta que se hayan derretido por completo lo mezclaremos un poco para después agregarlo a nuestra mezcla del panque, vatiremos hasta el punto listón los huevos con el azúcar seguido agregaremos el chocolate y la mantequilla de forma envolvente para evitar perder tanto aire, seguido agregamos nuestros polvos previamente sernidos
  4. Una vez terminada nuestra mezcla, la colocaremos en nuestro molde con el caremelo y con mucho cuidado usando una pala de madera vertiremso la mezcla del flan
  5. Taparemos herméticamente el molde de nuestro flan con aluminio, lo pondremos en una olla con caliente agua a la mitad del nivel de nuestro molde, introduciremos la olla y el molde dentro del horno a 180°C por 1 hora, sacamos y destapamos nuestro flan, picaremos con un cuchillo para confirmar que el panque ya está cocido y de ser así, dejaremos a qué se enfríe un poco el molde y lo voltearemos en un plato amplio, esperamos a que enfríe cortamos y a disfrutar
