- Dejamos que llegue a punto de ebulliciĂłn, reducimos el fuego y tapamos por 15 min para mover solo un poco nuestro arroz, y que el tomate se reparta igualmente en toda la preparaciĂłn.



- Pasado media hora podemos retirar del fuego y dejar reposar otros 10 minutos antes de poder servir.

- Servimos en un molde o flanera, decoramos con una hoja de cilantro. Y ya estarĂa listo finalmente nuestro arroz
