- Moler los granos de elote con el queso crema y la crema, con ella rellenaremos los chiles.

- Hornearemos a 180°C por 20 min.

- Calentaremos el aceite y freiremos la salsa, dejándola en summer hasta que consiga una consistencia pastosa.



- Haremos una mezcla de especias, la pimienta gorda, chile en polvo y sal, a las papas le agregaremos aceite y posteriormente la mezcla de especias, hornear con hojitas de romero por 20 min a 200°c hasta que estén blandas.
