  6. Vertemos en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado
  7. Hornear por 25 min a 180° o hasta que el cuchillo salga limpio
  8. Para el relleno calentamos la crema para batir y una vez lista agregar el chocolate en trozos
    Mezclamos correctamente hasta tener una textura adecuada
  9. Para el jarabe llevamos todos los ingredientes a fuego bajo dejamos enfriar y reservamos
  10. Una vez que el bizcocho salga del horno desmoldamos y dejamos enfriar
  11. Retiramos de la parte superior e inferior del bizcocho que este más dorada con ayuda de un cuchillo sierray cortamos en tres
  12. Hidratamos con el jarabe la primera pieza de bizcocho, agregamos el relleno y colocamos la segunda pieza realizamos el mismo procedimiento hasta terminar
  13. Batimos la crema de chocolate colocamos una pequeña capa, enseguida llevamos a refrigeración
  14. Batimos más crema y añadimos colorante negro, alisamos nuestro pastel, y decoramos a nuestro gusto
