- 8 pzas pechugas de pollo
- c/n sal
- c/n pimienta
- c/n aceite de oliva
- 30 ml jugo de limón
- 2 pzas zanahoria
- 100 grs cebolla
- 80 ml vino blanco

- Pelar y cortar la zanahoria en brunoise
Cortar la cebolla en trozos
Salpimentar las pechugas
- Calentar una cacerola con aceite de oliva y freír las pechugas por 4 minutos de ambos lados, retirar las pechugas y reservarlas.


- En el aceite en donde se frío el pollo agregar la cebolla, zanahoria, los jugos y el vino, esperar a que reduzca un poco y licuarlo.



- Agregar el vino al último y dejar por 20 segundos el fuego, apagar para que no se evaporíce el vino totalmente.


- Licuar todo y regresar a la cacerola.

- Agregar las pechugas y dejar 30 minutos cocer las pechugas, salpimentar y servir con rodajas de 🍊
