  8. Precalienta el horno a 200°C por 15 min.
  9. Pon la mezcla en la dulla, apóyate en un vaso para abrir la dulla e introducir la mezcla
  10. Con la manga pastelera forma pequeños círculos en un papel encerado sobre la charola
  11. Mételos al horno a 200º C por 25 aprox.
  12. Pasado el tiempo, sacalos del horno y deja reposar 5 min aprox.
  13. Pon ya crema pastelera en una dulla y vierte crema dentro de los cru
  14. En un sartén a fuego alto agrega los 10 ml de agua y los 25 de azúcar
  15. Déjalos por 5 min aprox, hasta que tome un color caramelo
  16. Cuando ya tenga un color cafecito medio líquido, retira del fuego
  17. Con el caramelo pega los cru en forma de torre; esparce caramelo encima de ellos y decora con fresas y azúcar glass
