  7. El jugo de limón lo juntamos con el vodka y eso lo vertemos en nuestro salmón. Lo tapamos muy bien con plástico e irá al refrigerador.
  8. Pasadas las 24 horas lo que haremos será sacar del refrigerador.
  9. Lo siguiente será quitarle la sal del salmón de ambos lados.
  10. Y verter en un bowl todo el jugo de limón del plato.
  11. La parte del salmón que estaba hacia arriba lo pondremos para abajo.
  12. Lo volvemos a cubrir de sal y verter el jugo de los limones. Nuevamente va a el refrigerador.
  13. Al 2 día ya estará nuestro gravlax, lo que haremos será quitar el excedente de sal y enjuagarlo muy rápido, para después cortarlo en tiras.
  14. Cortamos también nuestro pepino en medias lunas
  15. Nuestro croissant lo cortamos a la mitad e irá a dorarse en u sartén.
  16. Pondremos en el croissant untado con mayonesa y mostaza, la cebolla, el aguacate, pepino, la espinaca, y el gravlax y listo.
