- Después de que reposó, vamos a sacarlo y enjuagarlo muy rápido.
- A nuestro bolillo lo vamos a partir por la mitad y calentar un poco, le agregamos el queso crema y la mayonesa y después las verduras, le agregamos nuestro gravlax de salmón cortado en tiras y ponemos la mayonesa y el aguacate.
