  5. Pasadas las 48 hrs sacamos nuestro salmón y lo enjuagamos, lo cortamos en tiras, la cebolla en medias rodajas y el pepino en media luna
  6. Partimos nuestro pan y lo ponemos a calentar con un poco de mantequilla, le colocamos mayonesa y mostaza, una cama de pepinos
