- Picar la cebolla, el jengibre y el ajo.

- Saltear los camarones en la mantequilla y agregar un poco de salsa de soya. Reservar.

- En la misma sartén, agregar un poco de aceite de ajonjolí y dorar el ajo, cebolla y el jengibre.

- Agregamos los fideos de arroz cocidos, la salsa de pescado, el jugo de limón, los cacahuates y la cúrcuma, salteamos un poco agregando un poco de agua si se empieza a pegar. Troceamos los chiles de árbol y los agregamos.



- Movemos los fideos a un lado del sartén, ponemos aceite en el espacio y dejamos caer el huevo, mezclamos todo, agregamos los camarones y rectificamos sabor agregando el azúcar glass y un poco de salsa de soya.
