- Necesitamos FRIJOLES REFRITOS, si los tenemos cocidos de la olla ponemos en una cacerola cebolla picada, un diente de ajo picado a saltear en el doble de lo que normalmente le ponemos de aceite, digamos en dos cucharadas y cuando esté transparente vamos añadiendo los frijoles y los vamos apachurrando con el prensador y sazonamos con comino en polvo.
- Ya a la hora de comer prendemos nuevamente nuestro sartén con la cebolla y cuando esté caliente tomamos los pedacitos de carne escurriéndolos y los ponemos a freír a que se cuezan por todos lados.
- Calentamos dos tortillas para cada plato y encima de ellas repartimos la carne. En el sartén vaciamos la marinada a que se caliente y estando bien caliente le ponemos a la carne 2 cucharadas por encima y acompañamos el plato con los frijoles refritos.
